Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat $8 per order. Orders of $50 or more ship free.

When your order ships

Every jar is blended and packed by hand in small batches. Orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days, and you will get an email when yours is on the way.

Returns

Because our teas are food, we cannot accept returns of opened jars. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, email us within 14 days with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Reach out as soon as you can. If your order has not shipped, we will gladly cancel it and refund you in full.
